Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your RailMate account and personal data.
To request deletion of your RailMate account, email us from the address or phone number your account is registered under. We'll process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, saved routes, alerts, and all other personal account data are permanently deleted.
What stays
Community reports you've submitted (delays, crowding, coach conditions) remain visible to other travelers so the shared data stays accurate — but they are disconnected from your account and can no longer be traced back to you.
How to request deletion
Email support@railmatebd.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address your account is registered under, so we can verify it's you.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
